Shop Policies

Everything is handmade with extra care and love. Your earrings are delicately made with polymer clay which makes them super lightweight. No two pieces are exactly alike and there may be minor imperfections but that is the beauty of handmade jewelry! Please follow the care instructions included with your earrings so that they will last.

RETURNS:

Unfortunately, I do not accept returns at this time. But, if your earrings are damaged or break within 1 week of receiving them, I will do my best to make it right! Just send me an email using the contact form on this site or message me directly on Instagram.

SHIPPING:

I currently only ship anywhere within the United States.

Most of my listed pieces are ready to ship and I will drop them off at the post office within a few days of your order. For "made to order" items, please allow 7-10 days for your order to be made and 3-5 days for them to be delivered to you. 

I exclusively use the United States Postal Service (USPS) and you will receive an email with your tracking number once I drop your package off at the post office.

I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are in the hands of the USPS. If your package is "lost in transit", please reach out to the USPS. Keep in mind though, that there have been delays with shipping and most times the tracking information may not update until the package has been delivered.
