Are there any returns or exchanges?
All orders are final sale. But, if your earrings arrive damaged, please let me know and I will do my best to help!
How does local drop off and pick up work?
If you have selected local drop off, I will drop your order off the same day you placed an order or the following day. I usually leave your order on your doorstep, mailbox, or wherever I see is safe, unless you tell me otherwise. Please specify if I need any door or gate codes to enter any apartment complexes.
For pickup, I will contact you or you may text me to schedule a time and day.
PS: We don't need to see each other, I always wear a mask, and I make it a quick delivery!
How long will it take to receive my order?
In general, the earrings I post on my site are ready to ship to you by the following business day. But, please allow up to 3 business days for your item(s) to be shipped out. If you have ordered a "made to order" pair, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be shipped as they need to be made from scratch. Regular USPS mail takes about 3-5 business days to be delivered. Please note: there may be delays due to COVID-19. Also, I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Are the earrings heavy? What are they made with?
Your earrings are made with polymer clay that is rolled out by hand, cut, baked, sanded, then assembled. They are so lightweight it almost feels like you aren't wearing any earrings!
What if I have sensitive ears?
I have the same problem! The good news is that all hooks, studs/posts, and findings (little circles that connect the pieces) are nickel free which means they are hypoallergenic. Perfect for sensitive ears!
What is the best way to clean and care for my earrings?
To clean, gently wipe using a soft damp cloth. Please do not wear your earrings when sleeping, swimming, showering or applying cosmetics such as makeup and perfume. Although they may seem flexible, sleeping with or bending them can cause cracks and breaks. Store them in a safe place and not with anything sharp that will scratch them.
My earrings look a little different than the photos posted?
Since I make all earrings by hand, each and every piece is unique and no two pairs are exactly alike. There may be slight variations in color or patterns from the photos posted and due to different computer/phone screens.
